About the Role

The Divine Tales is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the complete production process, ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality, efficient resource utilization, and smooth coordination with artists, artisans, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities.
- Coordinate with Madurai artists/artisans and production teams.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to required quality and design standards.
- Prepare production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Manage raw materials, inventory, tools, and other production requirements.
- Monitor production costs and minimize material wastage.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of production.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, reports, and inventory data.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, sales, and dispatch teams.




- Manage and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and process compliance.
- Continuously improve production processes and productivity.

Required Skills

- Strong production planning and team-management skills.
- Experience working with handicrafts, paintings, textiles, or artisan-based production preferred.
- Good knowledge of quality control and inventory management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.

Education

Graduate degree in Production Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
