About the Role-

We are looking for energetic Fresher Lab Technicians to join DIGITAL DOCTOR CLINIC. You will be responsible for collecting samples, conducting routine lab tests, and ensuring accurate reports for patients. This is a excellent opportunity to start your career in a fast-growing healthcare setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Sample Collection: Blood, urine, swab, and other specimen collection from patients

- Lab Testing: Perform routine tests like CBC, LFT, KFT, RBS, Lipid Profile, Urine R/M

- Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain lab equipment.

- Report Preparation: Ensure accurate data entry and timely report generation

- Patient Care:



Guide patients on test procedures and maintain professionalism

- Hygiene & Safety: Follow NABL/NABH protocols, biomedical waste disposal, and sterilization

- Inventory: Maintain stock of reagents, kits, and lab consumables

Required Qualifications

- Education: Diploma in DMLT / BMLT from recognized institute

- Experience: Fresher welcome. Internship experience preferred

- Skills: Basic knowledge of lab procedures, computer/MS Office, good communication in Hindi & English

- Other: Registered with the State Paramedical Council preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
