About the Role

We manage premium Airbnb/short-term rental apartments across Bandra West, Khar West and BKC.

Unlike a hotel, our apartments are spread across different residential buildings, so the role involves managing housekeeping across multiple locations.

We are looking for a hands-on Facility & Housekeeping Manager who is an expert in cleaning, deep cleaning and apartment upkeep, and can build and manage a housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage housekeeping across multiple Airbnb apartments.
- Ensure every apartment is deep cleaned and guest-ready.
- Inspect apartments and maintain high cleaning standards.
- Build, recruit, train and manage the housekeeping team.
- Create cleaning SOPs and daily staff schedules.
- Have robust knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Know which chemicals and techniques to use for different surfaces.
- Have practical experience cleaning sofas, curtains, mattresses, carpets and upholstery.
- Ensure bedrooms are professionally set up with fresh linen and bedsheets.
- Maintain high standards for kitchens and bathrooms.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, chemicals, linen and equipment.




- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors/maintenance staff.
- Ensure cleanliness standards remain consistent across all apartments.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong experience in housekeeping, hotels, serviced apartments or similar operations.
- Expert knowledge of deep cleaning.
- Good knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals.
- Experience with upholstery, sofa, curtain and mattress cleaning.
- Strong understanding of linen and bed-making.
- Ability to recruit and build a housekeeping team.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Must be hands-on and willing to personally demonstrate cleaning standards to the team.
- Must be comfortable travelling between multiple properties.

Location

Our properties are mainly in Bandra West, Khar West and BKC.

The candidate should ideally live close to Bandra or be willing to stay at the company office/accommodation.

What We Expect

You will have complete ownership of housekeeping standards.

Every apartment should be clean, fresh, well-maintained and guest-ready — regardless of which building it is in.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
