We are looking for a Site Supervisor in Mathura to oversee daily site operations for both interior and exterior works. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with vendors and workers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely progress as per project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site work including painting, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, and construction activities.
- Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained at all times.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and tools on site.
- Prepare morning and evening site reports on progress, manpower, and material usage.
- Understand and interpret architectural and civil drawings to ensure correct execution on-site.
- Communicate effectively in English for documentation, reporting,



and coordination with management.
- Assist in planning daily targets and ensure timely completion of work stages.

Requirements:

- Diploma or ITI in Civil, Interior, or Construction-related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision (hotel, commercial, or residential projects).
- Good understanding of interior and exterior finishing works.
- Ability to handle vendors and labour teams efficiently.
- Must be proficient in reading drawings and reporting in English.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Salary: Based on experience and skill level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
