We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and media planning. You’ll run campaigns across Lead Gen, App Installs, and Sales, analyze performance, generate reports, and leverage CRM data for optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Create, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns across objectives.
- Develop and execute media plans on Meta within budgets.
- Monitor performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Leverage CRM data for audience targeting and campaign refinement.
- Track conversions using Facebook Pixel and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Work remotely and independently, including managing campaigns during late hours as needed.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of Meta advertising experience.




- Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Own a laptop/PC with reliable internet.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of commitment, accountability, and ownership.
