BAKERY COMMIS
Responsibilities:
Assist the Bakery Chef in daily production
Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
Assist with sourdough dough preparation
Support mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
Assist in breads, pastries, and desserts
Maintain bakery mise en place
Clean bakery equipment and workstations
Follow recipes and production standards
Follow hygiene and food safety procedures
Maintain proper ingredient storage and organization
Minimize wastage during production
Support the Bakery Chef during daily operations
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
