The Academic & Technical Associate will work closely with the Academic Head and play a key role in managing and coordinating OPSTA's academic and technical operations. The position involves leading the academic and technical team, supporting faculty members, developing curriculum and syllabus, conducting robotics and technology classes, and ensuring consistent quality across OPSTA's educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Academic Head in planning and managing academic activities and programs.
- Lead and coordinate the Academic & Technical Faculty team.
- Prepare and update curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, project modules, and learning materials.
- Conduct Robotics, Electronics, Arduino, Embedded Systems, STEM, AI, and related technical classes.
- Monitor faculty performance, classroom quality, attendance, syllabus progress, and student engagement.
- Provide technical and academic guidance to faculty members.
- Conduct faculty training, demonstrations, assessments, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Review and improve teaching methodologies and practical activities.
- Develop and standardize projects, practical activities, assessments, and evaluation methods.
- Monitor student learning progress and assist in resolving academic or technical issues.




- Coordinate with schools and internal teams regarding academic schedules, requirements, and program implementation.
- Support Robotics exhibitions, workshops, competitions, expos, and student project showcases.
- Assist the R&D; team in developing new projects and integrating emerging technologies into OPSTA programs.
- Maintain academic documentation, faculty reports, student assessments, and curriculum records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Robotics, Electronics, Arduino, Embedded Systems, IoT, and STEM education.
- Good teaching and presentation skills.

- Btech
- Diploma
- Degree in relevant field

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
