Job Purpose

To lead the

DFMA Engineering function for MEP Prefabrication, with responsibility for developing

standardized, manufacturable, cost effective, and installation ready modular MEP solutions from design

through manufacturing and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead MEP prefab and DFMA engineering activities, including module design, detailing, BIM

coordination, and technical deliverables.

 Develop and implement standardized modular solutions, design standards, engineering

guidelines, and module libraries.

 Ensure designs are manufacturing friendly, installation friendly, cost effective, and compliant

with project requirements and applicable standards.

 Drive DFMA, design optimization, standardization, value engineering, and material optimization

initiatives

 Coordinate with Estimation, Procurement, Production, Project, Quality, and Installation teams

for seamless engineering and project execution.

 Review and resolve design issues,



technical queries, RFIs, constructability concerns, and

engineering interf aces.

 Lead BIM/Revit coordination and design quality reviews to minimize clashes, rework, and site

issues.

 Lead the development of LOD 450 BIM models for fabrication and assembly and LOD 500 BIM

models for as built documentation.

 Lead coordination wi th the GC/Client for engineering, design, and BIM related queries, ensuring

timely technical resolution and closure.

 Ensure required site visits and site inputs are obtained and validated before finalizing and

submitting engineering deliverables to the client.

 Develop and implement engineering processes, SOPs, standards, and continuous improvement

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
