F&A; Lead
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Schedule III.
- Handle end-to-end accounting, month-end/year-end closure and MIS reporting.
- Manage accounting and reporting for multiple clients/entities.
- Handle foreign subsidiary / foreign-owned company accounts and related reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors and internal teams.
- Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Review financials, ledgers and reconciliations and ensure accuracy and timely closure.

Key Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in preparation of financial statements as per Schedule III is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with strong client-handling ability.
- Experience primarily from a CA firm,



consulting firm or client-facing organization preferred.
- Experience handling foreign subsidiaries / international clients is highly preferred.
- Solid accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1 week preferred.
- CA / CA Inter / M.Com / BCom or relevant finance qualification.
