Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads received through website inquiries, social media platforms, WhatsApp, phone calls, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements related to birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, surprises, romantic experiences, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Consult customers on available packages, customization options, pricing, and service offerings.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, location, and event timeline.
- Share proposals, quotations, and package details with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and vendor teams to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion rates.




- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned lead conversion and revenue targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the inquiry and booking process.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in events, hospitality, or related industries

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent situations gracefully

Customer-first mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
