Job Description – Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Location: Kadavanthra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to counselling and training programme enquiries.

* Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

* Convert leads into bookings, registrations, or admissions.

* Provide accurate information about Solforge's counselling, wellness, and training services.

* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

* Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Prepare and submit daily call reports and activity updates.

* Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams to improve conversions.





* Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry process.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2-3 years in Tele calling or Tele sales
- languages: Malayalam & English (mandatory)
- Handle counselling enquiries & follow-ups
- Convert leads into bookings
- CRM updates & daily reporting
- Confident communicator
- Target-driven people-person
- Strong follow-up mindset

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
