A Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for handling customers in a jewellery showroom, understanding their requirements, showcasing suitable jewellery, completing sales, and building long-term customer relationships. The role typically combines sales, customer service, product knowledge, follow-ups, and basic inventory/display responsibilities. GGems and Jewellery Skill Council+1
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand the customer's occasion, preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, gemstone, bridal, and other jewellery products.
- Explain designs, gold purity, weight, making charges, pricing, gemstones, diamonds, and certifications clearly.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
