About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through various channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and send business proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain regular updates of leads and client interactions.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Experience in the IT/digital services industry will be an advantage.
