We are looking for an experienced Purchase Head to lead our procurement function and drive strategic sourcing, cost control, and vendor development across all locations.
What you'll own:
- Procurement strategy and material planning aligned with business goals
- Vendor identification, negotiation, and long-term contract management
- Cost savings through smart sourcing and market intelligence
- End-to-end purchase operations: PR, RFQ, PO, GRN, and compliance
- Inventory optimization in coordination with stores and logistics
- ERP-driven process improvement and automation
- Leading and mentoring the purchase team
- Monthly MIS and risk reporting to leadership
Who we're looking for:
✅ MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain, Materials, or Procurement (preferred)
✅ 8-12 years in procurement, including 3-5 years in a leadership capacity
✅ Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
✅ Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement tools
✅ Sharp analytical thinking and excellent stakeholder communication

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
