Skin Clinic Tele Sales Executive

Location: Ramprastha Colony, Ghaziabad (Near Anand Vihar, Delhi)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000/month + performance incentives
Experience: 1+ years in tele-calling, skin counselling, or lead conversion

We’re looking for a high-energy, persuasive and people-oriented Tele-Counsellor who knows how to turn conversations into action.

Your role will be to connect with skin clinic leads, understand their needs, follow up, and convert enquiries into confirmed patient appointments.

What you’ll do

- Call and engage leads and enquiries.
- Understand patient requirements and confidently communicate the correct information.
- Follow up consistently and convert warm leads into confirmed bookings.
- Handle objections, answer questions and create a robust patient experience.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Work closely with the team to maximise lead-to-booking conversion and overall performance.





We’re looking for someone who

- Has excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Is confident, energetic and comfortable speaking with patients on the phone.
- Has a natural ability to persuade without being pushy.
- Is target-oriented and motivated by measurable results.
- Has relevant experience in tele-calling, clinical sales counselling, skin & hair care, beauty, wellness or a similar customer-facing role.
