About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Developer / QA Project Lead with 4+ years of experience who can independently manage software testing activities and take ownership of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage QA activities and end-to-end project testing.
- Lead, guide, and assign tasks to the QA team.
- Prepare test cases, execute testing, and track defects.
- Coordinate with developers and other teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and resolve testing issues and risks.
- Prepare testing and project status reports for management.
- Maintain QA standards and documentation.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, SDLC & STLC.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of API/SQL testing is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of a project.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
