Job Overview

Lenskart is looking for experienced Senior Sales Associates to join its retail store teams across Bangalore.

The role involves customer engagement, consultative eyewear sales, achieving sales goals, and supporting smooth day-to-day store operations. Candidates with strong customer-facing sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories.
- Explain product features, lens options, coatings, and available offers.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Drive individual and store-level sales performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive in-store experience.
- Handle billing and digital payment transactions.
- Maintain product displays, store hygiene, and inventory.
- Support daily store operations and follow company processes.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Contribute to achieving store targets and conversion goals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant and strong sales experience.
- Experience should preferably be from:
- Retail




- Premium Retail
- BFSI
- Consumer Sales
- Strong customer-facing sales experience is required.
- Relevant employment experience should be supported by valid documentation.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a retail store environment.

Required Skills

- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Good sales and conversion skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on customer experience.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (B2+ level).
- Knowledge or interest in eyewear, frames, and lenses.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Skilled approach and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Shift Timings

Rotational day shifts may include:

- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Final shift allocation will depend on store and business requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹41,000 CTC per month

Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, interview performance, and overall suitability for the role.
