Current Job Openings : Accounts Executive , Admin Executive , Field Marketing Executive

1. Accounts Executive

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial documentation
- Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records
- Maintain accurate financial and office records
- Support basic reporting and account reconciliation
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related activities

2. Admin Executive

- Manage daily office administration and documentation
- Coordinate internal operations and staff requirements
- Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, and related commercial documents
- Prepare quotations based on client requirements and product/service details
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for quotation requirements and revisions
- Maintain quotation records and follow up on documentation




- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
- Support scheduling, coordination, and general office activities
- Assist management in smooth day-to-day operations

3. Field Marketing Executive

- Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Promote K Square's products, services, and training programs
- Generate leads and coordinate with prospective clients
- Follow up with clients and support business development activities
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
