Role Overview

Xpress Health is looking for a target-driven Healthcare Recruiter to recruit and onboard healthcare professionals for temporary staffing opportunities across Ireland, the UK and Australia.

The role owns the candidate journey from initial contact through screening and registration, before handing the candidate over for compliance and activation.

Key Responsibilities

- Source nurses, healthcare assistants and other healthcare professionals.
- Contact applicants and explain available opportunities with Xpress Health.
- Screen candidates based on experience, qualifications, location and work eligibility.
- Complete candidate registrations and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Collect initial documents and hand candidates over to the Compliance team.
- Follow up on incomplete registrations and inactive candidates.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Operations to support candidate activation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment stages in the CRM.
- Reactivate candidates from the existing database.
- Provide daily activity updates and weekly recruitment reports.

Key Performance Indicators

- Calls and candidate contacts completed
- New registrations
- Qualified candidates
- Candidates handed over to Compliance




- Registration-to-compliance conversion rate
- Candidates activated and ready to work
- Time taken from application to activation
- Follow-up completion and CRM accuracy

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management or a related field.
- Recruitment, telesales or customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working with daily and monthly targets.
- Good organisational and record-management skills.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Irish, UK or Australian healthcare staffing market is desirable.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised and comfortable making a high volume of calls. They must take ownership of candidates, follow up consistently and focus on converting applications into fully compliant healthcare professionals who are ready to work.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
