Role Overview : The Senior Architect – Project Delivery is responsible for leading design development, refining concepts, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and design intent. The role requires strong collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality, well-executed projects.

Job Purpose : To lead end-to-end design and coordination for medium to large-scale projects, delivering functional, compliant, and aesthetically compelling solutions. The role includes ownership of client relationships, cross-disciplinary coordination, and ensuring delivery within timelines, scope, and budget.

1. Design : Collaborate with the design team to finalize concepts and key design elements while ensuring alignment with project requirements and technical feasibility.

2. Technical: Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine technical aspects of the design, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.

3. Client Engagement: Conduct presentations, manage approvals and changes, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Project Delivery: Plan and track project schedules, monitor deliverables, and ensure the timely completion of all design and technical milestones.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with building codes, standards, and project requirements while maintaining high-quality output.

6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.

7. Team Leadership & Coaching : Guide and mentor junior team members, review their work, and support their career development.

8. Project Management : Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of all milestones. Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and take corrective actions to maintain efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project scope and objectives.

9. Other Responsibilities : Ensure adherence to BIM/CAD standards for consistency and accuracy across all projects. Support team training and development on technical workflows and best practices. Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall project efficiency and quality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
