Operations Executive – Frozen Food / HoReCa

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day frozen food operations, including stock inward and outward, dispatch, container handling, temperature monitoring, documentation, and billing-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse or operations management, preferably within the frozen food, HoReCa, FMCG, cold chain, or perishable products industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of frozen stock.
- Check incoming and outgoing stock for quantity, condition, and documentation.
- Handle daily dispatch operations and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate container loading, unloading, and handling.
- Monitor and maintain the required temperature conditions for frozen products.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, transport, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain records of stock movement, inward/outward entries, and dispatch details.
- Handle operational documentation, invoices, bills, delivery challans, and related paperwork.
- Verify bills and supporting documents related to dispatch and stock movement.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of frozen/perishable products.




- Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies or operational issues.
- Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes for product handling and dispatch.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in Frozen Food or HoReCa is preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling perishable or temperature-controlled products will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of stock inward/outward and dispatch processes.
- Experience in container handling and cold-chain operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoices, delivery challans, and operational documentation.
- Basic MS Excel and computer skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational workplace.
- Immediate joiners to candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
