- Bill Preparation: Generate Running Account (RA) bills, interim bills, and final client and subcontractor bills based on site progress.
- Quantity Verification: Take on-site measurements and cross-check work against engineering drawings and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Reconciliation: Prepare monthly material reconciliation statements and cost evaluations to avoid budget overruns.
- Rate Analysis: Analyze rates for extra or non-BOQ items based on project tenders and standard schedules.
- Documentation & Coordination: Maintain measurement books (MB), coordinate with site and accounts departments, and follow up on client payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Technical Software: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction ERP software.
- Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of BOQ, contract terms, rate analysis, and bar bending schedules (BBS).
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
