Fastechnowiz is looking for energetic and passionate Recruiters to join our growing Talent Acquisition team supporting the European markets.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the Europe.

-Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels.

-Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.

-Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

-Understand client requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

-Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:





-Minimum 1 year of experience in International Recruitment.

Experience in any of the following:

-International IT Recruitment

-International Non-IT Recruitment with solid interest in transitioning to IT hiring

-Willingness to work on Europe recruitment requirements.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

-Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

-Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.

-Understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring processes.

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,198.73 - ₹25,305.85 per month
