Business Development Manager – Interior / Project Sales

Location: New Delhi
Experience: 3-5 Years

We are looking for a smart, energetic and well-presented Business Development Manager with solid communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants and PMCs.
- Meet architects and designers and develop business through an extensive architect database.
- Drive product approvals and specifications for upcoming projects.
- Identify new project opportunities and convert them into business.
- Handle client meetings, site visits and project coordination.
- Manage vendors and coordinate with relevant project stakeholders.
- Understand and work with BOQs and project requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in the interior/project ecosystem.
- Use AI tools for networking,



lead generation and database alignment.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience in project sales / institutional sales / direct sales.
- Exposure to the interior, architectural products, building materials, furniture or related industry.
- Good understanding of architect and designer-driven sales.
- Ability to manage client relationships and site-level activities.
- Good commercial understanding and BOQ knowledge.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients regularly.
- Knowledge of AI tools for business networking and database management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
