Beem is an AI-first fintech platform on a mission to transform financial services for over 100 million underbanked users across the US. We've eliminated the traditional FICO requirement from lending decisions, replacing it with proprietary AI/ML-driven credit models that maintain industry-leading default rates. Our products — Everdraft™ instant cash advances, FDIC-insured direct deposit, credit-building tools, and cashback rewards — are built on a modern TypeScript + AWS serverless stack with a growing AI agent architecture at its core.We're now expanding our engineering team and looking for early-career builders who grew up coding alongside AI — developers for whom Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor and ChatGPT are natural parts of the workflow, not novelties.

Responsibilities

- Support the development of product documentation, including user stories,



wireframes, and product specifications
- Help track product metrics and analyze data to inform product decisions
- Participate in product meetings and provide updates on project progress
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the product team

Requirement

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
