What youʼll be responsible for?

- Studying the material which needs to be taught.
- Train the young students by using technology.
- Take Lectures as per the scheduled format and within the given timeline.
- Regularly mentoring your students.
- Conducting examinations and distribution of results.
- Collecting doubts and addressing them.
- Organizing extracurricular activities.
- Report and document student progress.
- Work with the team on any other assigned task from time to time.

An ideal candidate should have:

- Bachelorʼs and Masterʼs degree in RMIT with a strong understanding of hospital operations, patient-facing processes, healthcare documentation, and healthcare-management practices.
- Excelent classroom facilitation ski ls with the ability to keep learners engaged, motivated,



and focused.
- Prior experience in teaching, facilitation, academic training, or mentoring students wi l be preferred.
- Openness to feedback and a growth mindset toward teaching methods, student learning outcomes, and academic processes.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and co laborate effectively with campus teams.
- Organized and responsible in order to manage sessions, assessments, documentation, and learner

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
