Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and confident International Caller to join our UK Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an international BPO/UK voice process and possess excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with customers in the UK.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism on every call.
- Follow process guidelines, scripts, and quality standards.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information.
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns confidently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO, preferably UK voice process.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Good pronunciation, clarity, and conversational ability.




- Comfortable speaking with UK customers.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/calling software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in UK/rotational shifts, as required.
