Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – B2B Travel Technology to take complete ownership of our B2B travel technology platform, including its development, maintenance, integrations, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of overall experience, preferably 3–5+ years in Travel Technology, OTA, B2B Travel, or online travel platforms, with strong practical knowledge of travel APIs, booking platforms, GDS, suppliers, and technology integrations.

The candidate will act as a bridge between Management, Technology/Development, QA, and Business/Operations teams, ensuring projects are properly planned, executed, tested, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the B2B travel technology platform, product roadmap, and ongoing development.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute features, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into clear technical/project requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, operations, vendors, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage API integrations for Flights/Air Tickets, Hotels, Holiday Packages, Payments, Visas, CRM, and other travel services.
- Coordinate with GDS, flight consolidators, hotel aggregators, DMCs, and travel suppliers for integrations and issue resolution.
- Manage the complete lifecycle: Requirement Gathering → Development → Integration → Testing/UAT → Deployment → Post-Launch Support.
- Monitor API issues, dependencies, bottlenecks, errors, delays, and pending actions.
- Conduct testing and coordinate UAT to ensure the platform is stable, secure, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Collect feedback from internal teams and B2B partners and drive product/process improvements.
- Maintain timelines, documentation, requirements,



task lists, issue trackers, and progress reports.
- Coordinate production releases, post-deployment monitoring, and critical issue resolution.
- Ensure projects and integrations meet agreed timelines, scope, and business requirements.
- Continuously identify opportunities for automation, performance, functionality, reliability, and partner experience improvements.

Ideal Experience

- 5–8 years overall experience in Project Management, Product Management, Technology Management, or a related role.
- Preferably 3–5+ years in Travel Technology, OTA, B2B Travel, or online travel platforms.
- Experience with GDS, flight consolidators, hotel aggregators, DMCs, and travel suppliers.
- At least 2–3 years managing API integrations or technology integration projects.
- Experience working with developers, QA teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with B2B travel platforms, booking engines, GDS, APIs, CRM, payment gateways, and travel supplier integrations preferred.

Must-Have Technical Understanding

The candidate does not necessarily need to be a developer, but must have strong practical understanding of technology, APIs, integrations, and travel booking workflows, including:

- API authentication, credentials, tokens, and access management
- API documentation and mapping
- Search → Availability → Pricing → Booking → Confirmation → Cancellation
- Hotel API integration




- Flight API / GDS integration
- Booking / PNR / Order management
- Supplier markup, commission, pricing, and fare rules
- Cancellation, amendment, refund, and cancellation-penalty logic
- Payment gateway flow and payment status
- API error handling and integration issues
- Webhooks / callbacks
- Sandbox vs. Production environments
- Logs and basic technical troubleshooting
- Basic database and backend fundamentals
- UAT, testing, deployment, and post-production monitoring
