Key Responsibilities:

-The candidate must be proficient in handling software and digital tools with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. The role requires the ability to efficiently operate, navigate, and work on company software for day-to-day tasks.
-Coordinate with clients to understand their transportation needs and ensure timely and efficient service.
- Arrange vehicles according to transportation requirements, ensuring the correct type and number of vehicles are available for each job.
- Communicate directly with drivers, providing instructions regarding routes, schedules, and any necessary updates or changes.
- Prepare and review all transport-related documents.
- Address transportation-related inquiries from clients and provide updates on vehicle availability and scheduling.
- Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure smooth transport operations.
- Track and monitor the progress of transport assignments to ensure on-time performance.
- Ensure the proper completion and submission of all required documentation related to vehicle operations.
- Assist in optimizing transport operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide regular reports on transportation activities to senior management,



including performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in transportation management or a similar role, preferably in a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
-Proficient in software and digital tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both clients and drivers.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and processes.
- Attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transport operations.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
