Job Location: Chennai / Hosur
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Salary will be based on work experience and skills.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Cuisine Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of preparing a variety of cuisines and be able to maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of multi-cuisine dishes according to the menu and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.
- Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage kitchen operations and coordinate with other kitchen staff.
- Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef is required.




- B.sc Hotel Management, Diploma in Hotel Management,
- South Indian (all rounder),North indian, chinese ,continental
- Good knowledge of Indian and other popular cuisines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Candidates who are currently working or have relevant practical experience will be given first preference.
