Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Computer Software Trainer who can provide practical and classroom-based training on computer applications, operating systems, MS Office, internet applications and basic programming. The candidate should be comfortable conducting hands-on lab sessions and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical training sessions on Computer Software and Applications.
- Train students on Windows Operating System and basic computer operations.
- Provide hands-on training in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access.
- Train students on Internet, Email and online applications.
- Explain software installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct practical assignments, tests and assessments.
- Prepare training materials, presentations and practical exercises.
- Guide students in computer-based projects and assignments.
- Conduct demo classes, workshops and student orientation sessions.
- Monitor student attendance, performance and progress.
- Coordinate with the Academic/Centre Head regarding academic activities.
- Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Tech / BE / MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT or related field.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Computer Software Training, IT Training, Computer Education, Software Support or related field.
- Candidates with previous Computer Faculty / Software Trainer / IT Trainer experience will be preferred.
