Experience: 5+ years in Bread & Bakery Production
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Employment: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bakery production including mixing, proofing, baking, cooling, slicing and packaging.
- Handle daily production planning, output, yield, wastage and cost control.
- Manage production teams, shifts and manpower of 70–80 members.
- Ensure GMP, FSSAI/FSSC 22000, hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Drive productivity, equipment uptime and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Bread & Bakery industry.
- Solid experience in bakery production floor and team/shift management.
- Knowledge of bakery processes and equipment.
- Fluent Telugu and working English.
- Food Technology/Hospitality qualification preferred.
