Job Description: Reports to AM: Ensure the process transactions are processed as per said timelines Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met Provide relevant process reports on a daily basis Ensure adherence to defined production plan Ensure adherence to Company Policies & Procedures Ensure that the quality of the transaction processed is in compliance with predefined parameters
