Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in understanding business processes, gathering and translating requirements into Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.

The candidate should be comfortable working closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce technical teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Experience in the manufacturing industry would be an added advantage. Familiarity and hands-on experience with Slack for collaboration and business communication is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into explicit functional requirements and user stories for Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
- Work extensively with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including understanding and improving sales processes, lead management, opportunity management, accounts, contacts, and related workflows.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder discussions, workshops, and process analysis.
- Prepare functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the configuration and enhancement of Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Participate in testing, UAT,



and validation of implemented Salesforce solutions.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimise business processes through Salesforce.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project.
- Use collaboration tools such as Slack to effectively coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support change management, user adoption, and documentation related to Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3.5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce business processes and capabilities.
- Experience creating user stories, functional requirement documents, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Slack and collaboration in cross-functional and distributed teams.

Good to Have

- Experience working with clients or projects in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds or Salesforce ecosystem products.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
