Job Title: Factory Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Factory Helper to support day-to-day production and factory operations. The candidate will assist workers and supervisors with material handling, loading/unloading, cleaning, packing, and other general factory activities while following safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist production operators and factory workers in daily activities.
- Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and shifting finished products.
- Supply materials and components to the production area as required.
- Keep the workplace, machinery surroundings, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Assist with basic production and assembly work as instructed.
- Follow instructions given by supervisors and senior workers.
- Handle tools and materials carefully.
- Follow factory safety rules, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.




- Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Support stock counting and material movement when required.
- Perform other general factory duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th / 12th standard education preferred.
- Previous factory/manufacturing experience is an advantage but freshers can also apply.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Working Conditions

- Full time factory position.
- Work may involve standing for extended periods and handling materials.
- Shift work may be required depending on production requirements.
- Safety shoes and other PPE must be worn as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹38,934.92 per month
