We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn HR Recruiter Intern/Fresher to join our team. This is a great starting opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in recruitment. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, comfortable interacting with people, and keen to gain hands-on exposure to the complete hiring lifecycle across IT and/or Non-IT roles under the guidance of senior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions under supervision.

● Learn to source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.

● Screen resumes and support initial HR interview coordination.

● Help coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

● Manage candidate communication and follow up throughout the hiring cycle.

● Support offer roll-out and onboarding activities under guidance.

● Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

● Work towards hiring targets within defined timelines with support from the team.





● Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Eligibility & Requirements

● 0–1 year of experience, or freshers/interns with academic projects, internships, or coursework related to HR or recruitment.

● Basic familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, or Indeed is a plus, not mandatory.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills.

● Willingness to learn recruitment processes and interview techniques.

● Ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.

● Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; familiarity with recruitment tracking tools is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

● Candidates with academic background or internship exposure in HR, Recruitment, or Human Resource Management.

● Interest in working across IT and Non-IT hiring.

● Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

● Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
