The role
● Run day-to-day operations across base stations: nursing, diagnostics, caregivers, vaccinations, and equipment rental
● Lead the ops team, including care coordinators, the dispatch team, and field staff (nurses, phlebotomists, technicians, caregivers)
● Make sure every booking is confirmed on time, fulfilled, and closed properly
● Manage long-term care cases (12/24-hour nurses and caregivers): staffing, replacements, attendance, and family updates
● Handle customer complaints and escalations, and fix the root cause, not just the case
● Build and enforce SOPs for clinical safety, hygiene, and service quality on every visit
● Plan field staff hiring, training, and rosters as demand grows
● Track key numbers:



on-time visits, fulfilment rate, cancellations, repeat customers, Google reviews, and cost per visit
● Help set up new base stations and service areas
● Share a weekly ops report with the founders, covering what's working, what's broken, and what you're fixing

Who this is for
● 3–6 years in operations, with at least 2 years leading a team; home healthcare, hospital, diagnostics, or on-demand services is a big plus
● You've managed field teams and know how to keep them motivated and accountable
● Strong with numbers, dashboards, and Excel or Google Sheets
● Calm, firm, and caring with patients, families, and staff
● You solve problems on the ground, not just on calls
● Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
