We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented School ERP Field Sales Executive to help us expand our School ERP platform.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, meeting with school management and principals, demonstrating our School ERP web and mobile applications, understanding their requirements, generating and following up on leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 months of experience in field sales, B2B sales, EdTech, SaaS, School ERP, or a related sales role.
- Candidates with 6+ months of relevant field sales experience will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly across multiple cities and surrounding areas for school visits and client meetings.
- Candidates with experience working in schools, educational institutions, EdTech companies, or other education-sector roles (including office/administrative roles) are also eligible.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and sales conversion.




- Confident and energetic personality with a strong field-sales mindset.
- Ability to confidently communicate with school principals, owners, directors, management, and other decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and lead-conversion skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic web/mobile applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales team.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
