Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities for our Gold Finance Company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime and basic knowledge of accounting, banking, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records in Tally Prime
- Handle receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries
- Maintain cash and bank transactions
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Maintain customer and company ledgers accurately
- Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and other accounting reports
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Support daily accounting and finance-related activities




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant Accounts experience
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime is mandatory
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in finance/NBFC/gold finance industry will be an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
