ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Finance Analyst at CryptoMize you will provide analytical, forecasting, reporting,



and project support to senior management: producing the monthly reports that carry key metrics, financial results, and variance, and maintaining the models behind them. You will develop the decision-support models that management actually relies on — which means your assumptions are documented, your errors are owned, and your numbers are defended live in the room that disputes them.

You will maintain knowledge of new regulations and policies affecting our financial operations, translating each into compliant practice before it becomes an exception. The house standard is simple: no financial surprise reaches leadership that analysis could have seen coming.

Senior analysts also mentor the intern bench — auditing intern models, teaching the documentation discipline, and feeding conversion decisions. The analysts who teach well are the ones promoted into the manager track first.
