About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack MERN Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving scalable web applications using the MERN stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

You will work closely with product, design, and business teams to build reliable, user-friendly, and high-performing web applications from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end and back-end components.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Work with MongoDB and other databases to design efficient data structures and queries.
- Translate business and product requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Perform debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Identify and resolve application issues across both front-end and back-end.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Assist with application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development practices.
- Strong experience with React.js and component-based development.
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.




- Good working knowledge of MongoDB, database design, and queries.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and frontend development.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT/OAuth.
- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and error handling.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.

Good to Have

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Next.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of Redis, WebSockets, or other real-time technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development setting.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Candidates with strong project experience and demonstrable technical skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
