About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated freshers, recent graduates, and final-year students who are interested in starting or building their career in the IT industry.

This is a 3-month structured Training + OJT program designed to provide candidates with practical technical learning, project exposure, mentorship, and experience with real-world workflows.

Candidates who successfully complete the training/OJT and meet the required evaluation criteria will have an opportunity for full-time employment from the 4th month.

What You Will Do

During the 3-month training and OJT period, candidates will:

- Attend structured technical training.

- Complete assignments and project-based tasks.
- Gain exposure to real-world development and work processes.
- Work under the guidance of mentors and experienced professionals.
- Participate in project reviews and assessments.
- Build practical experience that can be showcased on a resume or portfolio.

Full-Time Opportunity From 4th Month

After successfully completing the 3 month Training ,



eligible candidates will be considered for a full-time role from the 4th month, subject to successful completion, performance evaluation, and company requirements.

Full-Time Salary Package: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

The final role and compensation may vary depending on the candidate's selected domain, skills, performance, and available positions.
