Key Responsibilities
- Source Talent: Post job ads on job boards and social networks. Look for qualified people.
- Screening: Review resumes to see if workers match the job.
- Scheduling: Set up interview times between the candidate and managers.
- Database Management: Update candidate status in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). This is software that manages hiring.
- Onboarding: Help new hires finish their hiring paperwork.
Requirements
- Education: Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Skills: Outstanding written and spoken communication. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ethics: Ability to keep personal worker information private
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
