We are looking for a Supervisor to manage and supervise the loading and unloading of foldable metal pallets. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, ensuring secure material handling, maintaining proper loading/unloading procedures, and monitoring daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily loading and unloading activities of foldable metal pallets.
- Coordinate and guide workers during loading, unloading, stacking, and movement activities.
- Ensure proper handling of pallets to avoid damage to material and equipment.
- Monitor manpower allocation and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain discipline and follow safety procedures at the workplace.
- Check loading/unloading activities as per required process and instructions.
- Maintain daily operational records and reports.
- Use MS Excel for manpower records,



work reports, and basic data entry.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for smooth movement and handling of pallets.
- Report any operational issues, material damage, or safety concerns to management.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.

Qualification

- Education: No specific educational qualification criteria.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.

Working Details

- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM onwards
- Shift Duration: As per operational requirement
- Petrol Allowance: Applicable as per company policy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
