Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Industrial Automation. The candidate should be capable of developing, modifying, commissioning, and troubleshooting PLC-based automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify PLC programs for SPM and automation machines.
- Handle PLC programming, HMI programming, and machine sequence development.
- Understand machine requirements and prepare control logic accordingly.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting, debugging, and commissioning.
- Interface PLC systems with sensors, pneumatic systems, motors, drives, and other automation components.
- Support machine installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites when required.
- Identify and resolve electrical and automation-related issues during machine trials.
- Coordinate with mechanical and electrical design teams for machine integration.
- Modify existing PLC programs based on customer and production requirements.




- Prepare basic documentation related to PLC programs and machine operation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PLC Programming and Industrial Automation.
- Practical experience in SPM / Special Purpose Machines.
- Experience with HMI programming.
- Knowledge of sensors, pneumatic systems, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial control panels.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and control circuit diagrams.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in machine commissioning and debugging.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE / Mechatronics or related field

Preferred Candidates

- 2–5 years of relevant PLC programming experience.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in SPM Automation are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates who can independently handle PLC programming and machine commissioning will be preferred.
