We are looking for a customer-focused Jewellery Showroom Executive to manage customer interactions, understand jewellery requirements, showcase products, support sales, and ensure an excellent showroom experience. The candidate should have strong communication, product knowledge, sales skills, and a professional personality.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Showcase and explain Gold, Diamond, Polki, Kundan and other jewellery collections.
- Provide accurate information regarding product specifications, purity, diamonds, pricing, making charges and offers.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer service targets.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the billing team for accurate billing.
- Maintain proper display, presentation and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
- Assist customers with product selection based on their preferences and budget.




- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain customer information and sales-related records as required.
- Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, Inventory and other showroom departments for smooth order processing.
- Follow all company policies regarding security, customer confidentiality, jewellery handling and showroom discipline.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
