Job Summary

Shreyas Foundation is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the organization's overall accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and supporting management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial documentation.
- Handle monthly/annual financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash-flow statements.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.




- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Provide regular financial reports and insights to management.
- Supervise and coordinate with the accounts team, wherever required.
- Handle any other accounting and finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Experience

- B. Com / M. Com from a recognized institution.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Robust knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and AI Tools.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Experience in an educational institution, trust, NGO, or foundation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
