Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven, customer-focused CRM Manager to own, manage, and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and client servicing—ensuring that every policyholder and lead receives targeted, timely, and personalized communication. You will manage database hygiene, automate workflows, track customer lifecycles, and run retention/renewal campaigns tailored to the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

- CRM System Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize the company's CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) to support daily insurance sales and service workflows.
- Data Hygiene & Governance: Ensure clean data capture, regular deduplication,



and strict database security for client contact details, policy types, and renewal dates.
- Lifecycle & Renewal Campaigns: Design and execute automated email, SMS, and WhatsApp workflows for insurance policy renewals, premium reminders, cross-selling (e.g., adding health/motor to corporate plans), and upselling.
- Lead Management & Routing: Streamline inbound lead distribution from digital channels to sales brokers efficiently to minimize response times and maximize conversion rates.
- Customer Segmentation: Segment the client database based on demographics, purchase history, policy expiration timelines, and risk profiles to run targeted retention campaigns.
