Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Business Development Executive .

The ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling, telecalling, inside sales, business development, or real estate, with strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls and handle inbound customer enquiries.
- Generate, identify, and follow up with potential leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
- Maintain updated records of leads, calls, and customer interactions.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Cold Calling, Telecalling,



Inside Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate.
- Good English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools.
