We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Packing Machine Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for packing machines at various client locations. This role requires a strong understanding of packing machinery, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair packing machines at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to packing machinery.
- Provide in office and remote technical support to customers.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of packing machines.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine design and functionality.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of packing machines.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to packing machinery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role,



preferably with packing machines.
- Strong technical knowledge of packing machinery and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with specific packing machine software or tools.
- Certification in relevant field or technology.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to packing machinery.
